Couples and family therapy

Help with communication, intimacy, repair and the everyday work of keeping love alive, for couples and for the whole family.

Love doesn’t die if you don’t kill it

Do you and your partner need help with problem-solving, learning new skills, communicating better and finding more satisfaction in your relationship? Choosing well matters, but so does making the best of your choice.

Nothing in life is better than a committed relationship that works. But stasis doesn’t exist in a relationship: if you don’t work at keeping love alive, things start moving backward. Maintenance, enhancement and variety keep it moving forward.

Communication is key. Passivity in expressing wants and needs can derail any relationship, but expression needs to be positive, caring and tactful if your objective is peace, not war. And one person can change a relationship: if you change, change happens.

Families

With families, Dr. Page includes everyone in the process, so each person is heard and supported, teenagers included.

Huge improvements in a small amount of time

Janet has been working with our family for 2 months. My partner had received help years ago but the problem kept returning. Janet made huge improvements in a small amount of time. She includes the whole family in the process so everyone is heard and supported. My 14 year old son responded well to her. Thank you for all you do, Janet. You touch the lives of so many people.
